  Stopped off at southwaite services to find we had lost a vent panel off our sterling eccles sport 554. A quick call followed by directions and we found the shop. Very helpful and happy in all 10 minutes and we were awsy again. Shop was well stocked and very friendly staff. We now know where to stop off if we need any bits in the lakes or travelling to scotland. Thankyou for your experienced knowledge and help.

  A non-return valve in our caravan’s hot water system developed a fault whilst we were on holiday. We telephoned the store and to our amazement they had the part in stock. We drove to Penrith, the part was ready for collection along with print-outs of instructions and tests from web forums which they’d researched for our assistance. Their service was second to none and we were extremely grateful.
