  Purchased a Ride on lawn mower at a cost of over £1600 When the mower arrived it had a few faults I could not get neutral and the blade lift kept jamming After making contact the mower was taken away for repair which returned a week later. I had gears but the mower lift still jammed I made contact with Screwfix who promised to have it removed and a full refund made to my account. Since the promise to have the mower removed I have made over 10 phone calls still trying to get it back to screwfix Today some twenty days later it was collected and thanks to Ryan in Screwfix call centre I have a full refund. I then got a call from a friend who uses Screwfix a lot to tell me to look on the online shopping pages That same mower a McCulloch 344cc ride on mower has gone down over £500 since I purchased my mower a few weeks ago How can a purchase go down almost a third I am so glad that the machine did not work because I would be very angry having paid the full amount I must say this is such a poor poor service and thank goodness for Ryan in the call centre or I would still be chasing to get it removed

  Very friendly, educated service. Even though its a small outlet it contains thousands of items for pick up,or next day delivery. It must be the most cheerful of any retail outlet in this small town, that makes a huge difference to shopping here. Special thanks to Ryan for going the extra mile trying to find what I needed in the store. I not a local customer but would be happy to shop again if Im in the area.
